Refresh Pressure Cleaning is a family-owned sole trader business based in Perth, Western Australia. We are a trading name of Bradley James Cass, ABN 46 096 926 937. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you fill in our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address and the address of the job. If you write to us in the message box, or upload photos of the work, we collect that too.
When you visit the website, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical information — the pages you visit, roughly where you are, what device you're on, and how you found us. This is not linked to your name.
If you become a customer we also keep records of the work we did, what we charged, and any notes we need to service the job properly.
To call you back and quote your job. To turn up at the right address. To invoice you and keep the tax records we're required to keep. To answer questions about work we've done. To understand which advertising is working so we don't waste money on advertising that isn't.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

If you tick the optional box on our quote form, we may occasionally send you an offer or a reminder by SMS or email. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. We won't send you marketing if you haven't agreed to it.
Replying to an enquiry you sent us is not marketing — we'll always respond to a quote request.
Quote enquiries that don't turn into jobs: two years, then deleted.
Customer and job records: seven years, because Australian tax law requires us to keep business records for five years and we allow a margin.
Photos you send us: kept with the job record. We sometimes use before-and-after photos of completed work to show what we do — if you'd rather we didn't use photos of your property, just say so and we won't.
We use reputable software providers who encrypt data in transit and storage. Access is limited to Brad and, where a job requires it, the subcontractor doing the work. We're a small business and we treat your details the way we'd want ours treated.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong that puts your information at risk, we'll tell you.
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how people find and use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to fix it if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email bradley@refreshpressurecleaning.com.au and we'll respond within a few days. There's no charge.
Note that we can't delete records we're legally required to keep for tax purposes until that period is up.

Our site links to places like our Google Business Profile and Facebook page. Once you're on their site, their privacy policy applies, not ours.
If we change how we handle your information we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
